What to do if the buyer's email could not be reached so author could not contact him back?

I don’t know what to do next in this case. A buyer just contacted me through my profile page 2 days ago and I already responded to him but, unfortunately, I’ve got an error message said that:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

   [buyer email]

Technical details of permanent failure:
The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces.

Just now he contacted me again and I tried to reply back but still no luck. I got the same error message that his email could not be reached.

I just posted my message on the comment section of the theme hoping he will see it.

Have you ever experieced the situation like this? Any suggestion?
