First one: Logo is massively pixelated, header/footer needs work, typography needs improvement as does alignment, design looks very outdated and simple, not enough features, no portfolio items, code needs to validate, contact form looks messed up

Second looks better but header/footer needs more work, alignment of content areas, design is outdated and needs more features, pages etc

The thing that strikes me is the body font size. Way too small.

from the ‘Average Font Size For Headlines’ section downwards to get a good idea of ideal ratio of headline to body copy size.
