Sleep a little….. after screaming
Breathe while counting. In for slow 5, out for as much as possible, longer than you normally might exhale. Forces the mind to let go of other thoughts in favor of the need to get the last breath in.

Real stress comes from unique sources. So a common solution will help nothing more than just forgetting it for a while – it is not something we need for all the cases. Certain cases may require relaxing/detaching unnecessary responsibilities or wishes. This require faster grasp of situation and quickly changing our self.
There is another kind of stress that does’t have real source but our own worries and hesitations that persists like garbage. These things will just vanish if we have a good sleep on night for that day. Respect sleep!
Singing or working until I get tired, then sleep!
After waking, I take a shower, then get some hot tea, then walking around with friends. Usually, after that I felt very fresh, and can solve all the things that made me stress.
