This might sound silly, but i take a shower. Not only do i smell like pineapples afterwards, but showers wash pf stresses, bad moods, and anxieties. I’m dead serious! try it:)

When I’m stressed I eat Then I get stressed over getting fat, so I eat some more.
Going for a walk is really effective for stress for me.
