I am an Audio Jungle author and I have some serious writers block. The past few days I’ve sat down to make some music and it is all just kind of blah. I am afraid I have a case of writers block, and I am looking for some suggestions from others on what they do when they have a serious creative block.

+1 , Spend more time with your beloved ones, don’t think about “work”. So simple, but always works.

Never push yourself , that is the worst way ever to trigger a creative process.

@BrownHouseMedia haha I think paying the bills is what has given me the block.

I’ve gotten to the point where I just accept writers block sometimes. I take it as my mind creative telling me it needs a rest. I use the time to focus on other things. I know ideas will come eventually, so I try not to worry :)

I usually get blocks if I’m stressed / tired / thinking too much.. so take a break, clear the mind, do something new that might spark some inspiration, like go on a hike somewhere you’ve never been. Don’t think about the end result, just focus on the first step getting there. In stillness is where all creativity comes to be.
