I uploaded “Scary Walls” but was rejected. I contacted a support, but no saying me what is wrong with my file….

Maybe change the font and style in the header, looks weird.
The textures are un cyan and red? looks strange too.

Sorry it’s not true that they dont let you know your item lackings …. if you send amil properly and if your file is not very simple and low quality … dont take me wrong way ..I am not offend you ..I couldn’t agree with your comment …
I got rejection many times and when I replayed for clarification or suggestion them helped me a lot… yes they wont teach you [ like “Elicabe” said…because it is not school]... but they give suggestion as they can… just reply to support ..take a ticket and wait for reply…
simple…. 
about your item … the preview is not looking too good ….. red color are not looking good to me.. but cyan ..is okay.. work on it… may be you get approved
