When and how to do Make a Payment Request

Can any one tell me how to Make a Payment Request and when? It says on page that All withdrawals are issued on the 15th of the following month. So If I do it now then will I have to wait till 15th August 2012 for withdrawals to be issued?:( Or If I do it on 10th August 2012 then withdrawals will be issued at 15th August 2012 ?

Please confirm me. Its confusing.

All withdrawals are issued on the 15th of the following month e.g. request on 14th August 2012 -> issued at 15th September 2012

You have to request withdrawal till the last day of July month if you want to get your money on the 15th of August. If you request withdrawal on 10th August you will get your money on the 15th of September. So just request withdrawal at the last day of the month in order to get your money on 15th of next month
