Just looking for some advice from you guys on what you usually say/do if you put your hard work into a design that looks amazing and the client wants something implemented that throws everything off. This has got to get on everybody’s nerves! lol

Just replied to one in a similar case. I’ve heard that if you don’t want to assist perhaps you are busy or you may have a personal problem, or he just screwed things up and wants you to fix, just tell your customer a high hourly rate for custom work and with a polite manner and he will be totally relaxed. Instantly.

Ask him to start over again :)
