So I am an author now, and I my theme is putting money into my account. When should I withdraw the money? Is it ok to leave it there until it builds up? What is the rule here?

You need to have a minimum of 50$ to withdraw your money, but i don’t believe there is any maximum amount you can have in your deposit.
