SmashingMagazine.com comes out with great inspirational website/resources every month or so. Make them your homepage while you’re at it!
Some great sites are the obvious:
www.smashingmagazine.com www.cssmania.com www.cssremix.com
but really alot of inspiration can be found just getting out of the office and into nature, urban enviroments, etc…
Check out my magnolia group at http://ma.gnolia.com/groups/inspiration – I find css galleries/web design showcases the best places for inspiration. Another great place can be graphic design mags, photo galleries (such as flickr) and, as Maximus mentioned, just getting out into the real world.
Well, you know, the inspiration can come not only from other sites or design works. It is great to see sunrise or sundown, to relax, to read books. Just try to forgot about all the amount of work (if you are hard working), and the ide will came, no doubt.
Last time i have a kind of problem, not really a design problem, but related. I was making a somekind of templating system for my client. This client usually change parts of templates too often, so i decided to create a templating system rather then doing static coding all the time. I have a reale problem creating abstract system for parsing JSON using only javascript, and i was fighting with it 6 hours with no result. After work and after rehersal we go with my friends and relax drinking beer and speaking about life, we have a great time together. Next morning i created this system in 15 minutes, everything is working great now.
So i want to say, that spending a lot of time reading blogs, documentation or just looking on others works not always give you inspiration to create, you brain have more possibilities then just copying ides, just give him a little relax, and next day you will create a masterpiece!
P. S. Sorry for my bad english, I’m from Ukraine.
Whenever I need inspiration I just type into to Google, CSS gallery. It usually pulls up quite a list of good CSS galleries to look at. My current favorite is bestwebgallery.com .

Great post, and don’t apologize for your English. I know people that speak it naively that need to apologize more than you do.
