but do note support is probably get blasted with request so it mite be fixed before they actually get a change to respond

Hello lapkat4, thanks for your patience. We’re working really hard to fix the issues that occurred last night. It’s affected quite a number of user purchases. If you would like to, please put in a support ticket and we’ll try and get to it as soon as we can. In the mean time the development team are trying to work on a fix that will hopefully rectify purchases not being shown in your downloads tab.
