Where's my Payoneer?

I’ve ordered my Payoneer card on the 28th of October. How long does it usually take to find it in my postbox?

Well I got mine under the 25 business days they say it will come. I am quite close to your location, so you should get it in 4-5 weeks from that date. (20-25 business days)

And this was the first month I am using it. I am 100 % satisfied of their services.

In other words the cheapest mail possible – it’s not like they’re making money off of you or anything, now is it?

Have no problem with these 25 days but seems they pay extra for longer delivery time

Hey now, the planet is pretty big!

But on a serious note, the waiting times listed above are estimations. Certain countries will receive the cards in far less time than others, it depends on the local postal systems. We ship the cards via standard mail, so it really depends on the specific country and the speed of their postal system.

We do offer the option to have cards shipped via FedEx/DHL, and while we do not charge a fee for this service we do require that you cover the shipping costs.
