Hello all, I’m want to create new support forum or support system, where user can register & then able to post there question & we will reply there answer

I Think It’s not beneficial, because i want user can get registered & then post there ticket.

Using Zendesk, a bit expensive but has a solid infra to don’t allow breaks or something like this.
