Am I the only one that uses MacRabbit Espresso?
No, we are two now;)

I (woefully) abandoned Espresso. Their team (in my mind) wasted an entire release cycle making Espresso absorb their visual CSS editor app (CSSEdit). Meanwhile responsive design and pre-processors happened. The community was too small to pick up the slack, and the app still stumbles over a lot of things that Sublime just does.

Sublime Text 3 Another free option is http://brackets.io/ although I haven’t personally tried it.

I’m using Brackets and I love it :)

All bad, and bloated you don’t need anything more than a code and folder view. Simplicity is bliss.

I like visual editor of dreamweaver. Sometimes when I want to find a section of code, I click over to visual editor, click on the item and it jumps my cursor to that spot. I also like that dreamweaver doubles as an ftp client. I don’t have to drag and drop files to upload anymore. I build all my stuff on the web. I know I can do it locally but I like not having to change over WordPress builds to the internet. Dreamweaver does have a ton of options and I don’t use most of it. What bits of it I do use are very helpful.

Brackets.io I just started using this weekend (some may of seen me asking and testing many) – this is now my choice I love it – it’s clean, minimal, quick and live preview is pretty freakin awesome if you need / want it.

Dreamweaver is just bloat and expense. Done with it after 10+ yrs.

Very doubtful because of how the project is managed, contributed to and the underlying technology. Still, in 10 years they’ll be something else but for now it’s perfectly clean, simple and powerful :)
