Hey guys. Well, as the title says, I would like to know which Joomla Framework you prefer for your websites. The templates I have created are based on T3 Framework, but I think that it is a little difficult for the buyers to edit the code.

I would like to hear opinions from both authors and buyers.

Did anyone use the new Warp 7 Framework?

Thanks for your answer. But now I don’t have the time to write so much code. Anyone else?

Hey HellasDesign,

The best thing you can do is to install the different Frameworks, play with them for a while and see which one is best for you :)
All of them have pros and cons so you need to find the one that you like the most and the one that customers like the most.

From my experience I can tell you that Gantry 4 and T3 v3 are really good. I cannot tell you that these two are the best just because I like them the most.

Warp 7 is also a great framework.. I didn’t have the chance the play much with it but from the little experience I have with Warp 7 I can tell you that it is worth trying it.

About Gavern – it is very similar to T3 v3 :) And I think that none of the Joomla Authors here on Themeforest use it. Don’t get me wrong, the Gavick Team are great developers, I’m just saying that I haven’t seen a TF Author to use it.

I haven’t tried Helix but several authors are using it so it might be a “secret treasure” :D

So, pretty much that’s it. Just spend some time to test/learn each one of them and then take the decision which one to use. I advise you to spend enough time on each one of the Frameworks so you can take the best decision for you and then use this Framework for all of your projects ;)

@JoomFX says pretty much all you need, all of them are good however it’s up to you to decide which one to choose, keeping in mind you don’t develop for yourself but for your buyers, having access to their needed code easy. At first i used Gantry which i think it’s really cool, always updated with a good support.

I myself ended up like @dnp_theme, with my own little ‘framework’ which is a bit simpler, based on the http://blank.vc/ Blank Template.

Good luck!!
