To all my computer geeks, graphic designers, or video editors out there. I have always used top of the line Toshiba computers and I love them… but its time to upgrade to my next laptop. I do lots of Graphic design stuff and am doing a lot more movie film editing stuff (Adobe master suite, premier pro and after effects).

Should I go with the high end Toshiba Qosmio that has 32bs ram, i7 and 1.25TB hard drive or should I go with MacBook Pro for $700 more, but I would get 16gb ram, i7 , 512GB hard drive, and then I have to pay to purchase a DVD burner for $75.

What do you recommend?

video editing and laptops dont really get along… I wouldn’t recomand to use a laptop for rendering.
