Reviewers here are the best at the moment. If you guys are producing really good stuffs definitely you are gonna be accepted within 2 days or around, sure. Only newbies complaint about reviews on TF.
Just think about how much themes (80% of them are boring though) these guys review each day and to be frank the job is really hard. Still they keep on reviewing everything with patience, supporting every (soft-rejected) authors here to reach the acceptance. This is a great job.
Review Delay happens only when it comes to weekend, and it is totally natural since reviewers should get enough time to relax with their family 
So, plan your multiple projects with a better time slots -> switch between them in schedule -> wait with patience -> improve sincerely on reviews -> You are done
