Why ...?

I just got my first item approved, (my first submission too, so I feel pretty studly about that…but that gets crushed pretty quick…read on!) but I made the noob goof of not being diligent enough to put it in the right category. (/crush) So now my mock-up is categorized as a powerpoint presentation.

Tried my best to change it in my edit page, but don’t have the option. Wrote support, but nothing yet.

Any ideas?

why Can’t i just upload a preview image, If it got accepted HORRRAAAY , I upload the big package and get reviewed thoroughly by the same reviewer. well if not kick a few stones, curse the gods of Olympus and start over.

you need to go to the file page, click edit, then you need to write a message to the reviewer explaining your case, or contact support.

i guess because we sale the actual file instead of the preview so the quality content and complexity and format of the file matters alot. so yea
