Love is a strong word. So I don’t.
Since the extension of love is hate, I explain here the reason for my hate:
Exploiting all the possibility of dominance through relative low cost offerings but not getting updated to fit the specific industries – to give something back to industry.
About the love end of same rope, it is obviously the contribution of authors / industry and the richness of library accumulated in one system. That’s what I love.
It is obvious that everyone “loves” what gives opportunity but to the contrary, we should stop looking from that perspective only and try few other aspects too. Opportunities can’t be a reason for love. May be we can call it as attraction. Yes, Envato is attractive!
I just come here to see the updates to the “What I’m doing in my dashboard 99% of the time” thread, but if I see a sale on page refresh – that’s cool too!
Because it gives me the chance to “compete” with some of the best designers/developers all over the world.
Because I can submit stuff without a director breathing down my neck and also making good mates from all over the world – something I would not have been able to before.
I love Envato, because they really care for their fellow Buyers and Authors.
I love Envato, because they really listen to their fellow members’ useful opinions
I love Envato, because they never go offline
I love Envato, because they launch bundles only twice a year
I love Envato, because they know there are many Authors making their living with earnings from their marketplaces
Because it gave me freedom.
I’ve met some wonderful people from around the world through the site who I know will be friends for life. I enjoy my daily communication with them.
I’ve heard some terrific music I wouldn’t have heard elsewhere.
It’s inspired me to write new music tracks in different genres, and I get to choose which ones.
I’m learning things from other people here.
My brothers and wife have finally stopped telling me that I should be using the internet to sell music (I endured years of this before realising that they were all completely right about that.)
and because Envato’s based in Melbourne, my home town – so I feel like I’m supporting (and being supported by) a local business, even though it extends around the world.
