I agree with donchev.

We cannot customize every file tat every client buys. That idea is against stock files.

If the buyer wants a customized file he should contract a freelancer in the first time and no hoping that the stock file he bought to be customized.

anyway the customer is always right! :(

I’m not complaining.

Just I loved this place and I am on the edge to say goodbye Envato.

I have amazing clients. And this is my first time with such an empty head.

I know the people are different, but one client like this could kill all the sales just of an item. One bad rating and my sales really suffer now.

Envato should make drastic change in the rating system and how the rating is calculated.

I’ve also had customers give me 1/5 rating for giving them a quote for customization, when in fact they want it done for free. Like I said, these things happen. You have a great portfolio, we don’t want to lose you.

thanks mate. But I need the bad rating to be taken off of the item. The item is perfect. bug free mp3 player. Once ago a client reported a bug and I spent 5 hours to fix it. so… I really need an explanation why Envato support is so unresponsible. I already wrote them couple of times. they said (whithout thinking at all): The customer is right?

Right for what?

Does Envato make a difference between a customer and a insolent idler?

you should stop thinking like this. Someone its right when hes right not because its something, customer or whatever. I am serious.

donchev_a i am with you but :D chill out man, its just one problem. You said it, you have wonderful customers. Sometime in your life you’ll get some less awesome buyers. That happens. Can leave the marketplace for just one bad event. :)

I’ve had a customer do the same thing where he posed the same comment on all my membership login apps. I flagged the comments and they were never removed. Luckily with support of other buyers, people quickly saw that the rude commenter was in the wrong and my files still get decent sales still and post nice comments
