I have a item that got soft rejected. So I spend a month to redesign and code it. Now I resubmit it. Then I get the information:

Your item Thunder Corporate & Portfolio WordPress Theme isn’t quite ready for ThemeForest. This is the reason given by our item inspector:I hate being a pest but please wait before I sign off on the ticket, ok? I want to make sure that all issues are fixed and you’ve fixed only what I pointed out.

Your item Thunder Corporate & Portfolio WordPress Theme isn’t quite ready for ThemeForest. This is the reason given by our item inspector:Hey Hawktheme,I just got assigned your ticket. Please wait for more feedback there, in a couple of hours, before resubmitting your item please. I’m soft rejecting your item for now. Kindly wait till we finish discussing the issues in the ticket.
So I send a ticket (138479) to get more feedback. When it over 48 hours, it has not get reply.
I send another ticket (138706), it has not get reply. I submit a support on twitter “envato_support”, Until now I still do not receive a response. Anyone who can help me? I’m just a auther, I want to submit a item, it does not? My reviewer was siddharth, if you see this, would you please give a reply?

On July 12th your ticket #137767 was replied by your reviewer. The ticket #138479 says you has fixed the issues and the item was reviewed again, thus it was closed. Now the ticket #138706 was submitted a few hours ago and it’ll be assigned to your reviewer in the next couple of hours.

Hi HawkTheme, from my own experience, a ticket will be replied in 24-72 hours. Sometimes I have to mention @envato_support to make it faster (twitter is better to get fast response for non-author-related question).
My question for you, do you wait a week for 2-3 tickets? if yes, it is normal. Or only one ticket for a week? if yes, this is not normal.
