Why is it that recently, almost all queries go unanswered?! It’s been 7 days now and my support ticket hasn’t been replied to and it isn’t the first time this has happened. For a company, that built upon it’s excellent support, it isn’t really looking good right now!
I got the same feelings about Envato Support a couple of weeks ago. On twitter they will reply to some queries within minutes and wouldn’t reply to other for days.
Any idea when support will be available again? I have a ticket for almost a week now.
The Support system went through some changes a while back and we’ve recently brought on some new Support staff. Hopefully we can work through the tickets as fast as possible. Sorry for the wait.
