Same here, got 2 emails for same withdrawal, one on 15th and one on 18th.

I hope the e-mail cronjob had an error and NOT the transfer processing itself.

I was looking for a 2nd transfer as well lol. I actually logged into paypal to check if I had been paid twice :P

yep got the email twice but only paid once on 15th or so.

I’m having the same problem, two emails but NO money. The SWIFT transfer usually takes two days, and since it’s the 20th I’m starting to think something is wrong.

That sucks. Are you saying you didn’t get paid or they just didn’t answer you why the payment was a day late? If it’s the second one, I doubt it’s a high priority to get back to you with something like, “We had too many to do in a single day” or “Our bank had a delay”. However, if it’s that you didn’t get paid… wow.

Still, no matter what the issue, not answering a support ticket for 6 days is not cool.
