I got twitter reply, supporter had answered “Your ticket is assigned to accounts and will be replied to shortly”

I’m having the same problem, two emails but NO money. The SWIFT transfer usually takes two days, and since it’s the 20th I’m starting to think something is wrong.

That sucks. Are you saying you didn’t get paid or they just didn’t answer you why the payment was a day late? If it’s the second one, I doubt it’s a high priority to get back to you with something like, “We had too many to do in a single day” or “Our bank had a delay”. However, if it’s that you didn’t get paid… wow.
Still, no matter what the issue, not answering a support ticket for 6 days is not cool.
