Why PSD important for TF item?

Hi, Why PSD is considered important to be designed and included for TF item? Rather, we can can directly jump into coding the template or WP version.

I released two items on TF without PSD design and directly coded the templates, It is also possible to develop a template without first designing it in Photoshop?

Does it expedite the development process or just give you a swift way that how your theme will look like?

I don’t think, the PSD will be of any work or important to buyer after buying complete package of template/ WP? He will be only required to customize the template instead of playing with PSD too? Do you agree?

What could be the good reasons to first design the template in Photoshop (or other) and then moving towards coding even sometime we would not be required single element from our PSD ? Thanks

When designing any website, most of the time I won’t make it in photoshop, I just make it on the fly, and I’ll be like, I don’t like that, don’t like that and change it as I’m going
