Reviews are almost always made within 24-48 hours. Most reviewers don’t work on weekends, but a lot of them often pop in to review a few.
Honestly, if 48 hours or less is too long to wait, then I don’t know what anyone else can do for you. I think the turnaround reviewing time here is amazing.
A lot of places take a week or two, which I don’t think is too crazy either.
I have been uploading to several stock sites. Envato review time is relatively faster then the other site. The fastest site of review time is Fotolia, it’s less then 24 hours. Sometimes it only took hours, probably they are have more reviewers.
There are some sites that the review take weeks. And that’s really annoyingly for sellers especially if I want to sell holidays season themes.
As long as the review under 3 days, I am happy joy

Yup, reviews can slow down sometimes on the weekends. Also, at the beginning of a new month, some reviewers rest for a day or two before starting again
But don’t worry Raph, the weekend is soon over so the race will start again soon!

instead of waiting for the approval you could work on new files… that keeps you moving

For me it’s always pretty quick. Thanks to the great work of ADG3studios and Slats they are always the fastest.

It really depends on the marketplace and its popularity. At least on ThemeForest, we review all submissions within a maximum of 48 hours, excluding weekends.
