I have two accounts name on vh.
Colorfulumbrella_f (for footage) Colorfulumbrella_g (for motion graphic)
But I have seen some people have started new ’’second’’ account. They sell not so different items on 2nd accounts.
Do you know why are they do this? Is there anything what I dont know?

They are not exclusive author on 2nd account.

We can create number of account using single e-mail id. It will be helpful for buyrs. But im not sure with Exclusivity.
