now what normally happens is at the end of the month the total at the top goes to $0.00

That’s only if you checked “All earnings available at 31 Mar 2012 23:59:59” when withdrawing.

Yes, that’s it! So, guys, don’t panic!

Just for those, who doesn’t know yet… Withdrawal always goes like this: When you make a withdrawal (no matter what day in a month it is), you soon get an email with subject “Your Request for Withdrawal was Received”. Then, on the last day of the month, approx. 10 minutes after midnight (AU time), you get mail with subject “Envato Marketplaces: Your request for all earnings has been calculated” (in this mail you see the exact amount of the money you’ve withdrawn). Last step is on the 15th (except when the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday), when you get an email with subject “Your Request for Withdrawal has been Processed (i.e. we sent you money!)”.

Uhm.. I don’t think that they would make a joke with our money.. I think is a little bug in the marketplaces..
