Because of the daylight saving stuff, I thought 00:00 Australia time is actually at 4pm my time, but it’s on 3PM so I just missed the withdrawal date by a couple of minutes. I can’t wait for the earnings like 1 month and half, already opened a new ticket so hopefully it can be modified so I can receive the money on 15th november.
Anyone had any similar issue?

It is alot better/risk-free to check the ‘All earnings’ instead of waiting for the final day to withdraw.

Oh, c’mon, it can’t be that hard to be modified manually. I can’t request all the earnings because I’m splitting profits on some of my themes and I have to send multiple payments, not just one. Still waiting the answer from one of the support/mods.

It happened to one of our fellow author a month ago. You can do nothing about it. You will see your money in 45 days. Next time do not wait until the last minute if those earnings are very important to you.

It’s not about $50 or $200 or low sums, so it’s not like I can forget about them for like one month and half, I just missed it by a couple of minutes, I’m sure there’s something the staff can do. Waiting for a reply.

Actually there should be a setting for automatic withdrawal.

Even right now, I have set ‘All earnings withdrawal’ for 15th Dec. No need for me to be troubled as to when to set the withdrawal. Why take the risk to wait till 31st before you set withdrawal? Just set the ‘All earnings’ so even if you forgot to cancel it and enter the amount you want to withdraw since you are splitting earnings, you will still be able to withdraw your money. Just my 2 cents – precaution step.
