Withdrawal issue, forgot to request it on 31th

So changing the username is possible, but changing the withdrawal date is not? What is this? It’s the same thing, still takes like 1 minute to do it and there sure is someone who has access to this kind of data. I thought the support is to actually help people, isn’t it? So instead of just sending the data to the right people, they prefer to do nothing and let the author be dissapointed?

And this is is actually the top-leading marketplace, #192 alexa rank in the world, I would’ve expected something else.

I was in the exact situation you are, and they refused this to me, send them a ticket and ask them and, hopefully they won’t refuse you too. Good luck.

Don’t mean to butt in, but I think this is exactly why they don’t want to make exceptions to the rule. If they do it for you, then they can’t exactly turn down the next person really, especially it now being a public thing.

Commence the onslaught of other authors who forgotten to withdraw, even though they had 31 days to do so.

I understand that you were late by only 5 minutes, but you know it’s their rule and if they will break it once someone will think that they can do it one more time as well (etc etc).

I think you mentioned that it’s a 4-digit figure that’s why they can make an exception, but imo that’s really not the case. Be it $50 or $50.000 you haven’t got “a star on your forehead” (not sure other authors will understand what this saying means).

So once again, congrats if you managed to sort it out, and sorry if you haven’t. Just think of how much cash you’ll receive next month

Forgetting to withdraw when you have 30 days to fill out the form, not a whole lot of sympathy there. But when you have partner(s) and need to make multiple withdrawals and are forced to do it on the last day of the month it’s a different story. Why can’t we just finally automate this? There are so many teams now!
