On topic, Seriously what is going on? Unless the author comes to the forum and asks for payment, nothing will be progressed? there is no other ways of tracking from staff side? Since the issue is with bank on Australia, there is no way authors can track the status of transaction

They’ve given a transaction number, but my bank needs a proof of payment document with Envatos bank details etc.. Carmen can you organize this? So we can track the funds. Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?
