Why we don’t get the clarification about this? is better if we receive email about pending payment.. and also is good idea if the date 15 falls on weekend or holiday, withdrawal process should be made before that day. and now we must wait another day.

I don’t really understand why all this fuss
The rules are clear for everyone and if it really makes difference if you receive a day or two after the 15th, you should look at the calendar and plan your life/payments so that you don’t have any money issues.
