withdrawal process ?

Hi, I just withdrawal money today 11-AUG-2012 but why the withdrawal process will be on 15-SEP-2012 not 15-AUG-2012 ? I’m a newbie here,sorry.

All withdrawals are processed in the 15th of the FOLLOWING month. So even if you request for a withdraw in august 1 it will still be process in September 15. The best thing to do is to make a request before the end of the month if you want the money to be transferred quickly.
