Hi, I have not received my money after 5 business days from the time I receive the payment confirmation email.

I contact support immediately, but it’s over 24 hours, there is no reply.

I also contact my bank, they don’t receive the money, so where is my money?

Is anyone who can tell me what should I do now?

Not funny.

In case you don’t receive an answer time of 24 hours, they possibly try to review the proccess more attentive or skipped it. I would contact the support on twitter with my ticket ID.

Notice that it is the weekend hence why no one has answered your support request. You may have incorrectly entered your swift info which is a likely cause for not receiving payments also another common cause is that your bank has decided to return the payment because they believe it to be fraudulent or they have noticed incorrect or missing information.
