You should first read the documentation included with the theme. Extract the zip file you downloaded and you should find it in there. If it doesn’t mention how to change the logo, you should contact the seller or leave a comment on that theme’s page as this is a support question they should answer.
If you don’t get an answer, first see if the theme has an options page where you can set this. If not take a look at header.php.
