Wordpress 2.9 Version

Why hasn’t Wordpress 2.9 been added to the “Wordpress Version” drop-down”??? I am having to select “other” and I believe it is hurting my potential sales. I have submitted a support ticket and asked a reviewer about it, both of which have been ignored.

I have been asked multiple times, “Why does it say other?”!!! Please fix this ThemeForest!

I would suggest putting it as the latest release available on the dropdown and change it once TF has been updated.

“Other” seems more like it is only supported by low versions.

I have done that, but I still find it pretty sad, Envato takes this long just to change something like that, and they ignore my requests to have it added. Not even a “We are working on it.”

No one is ignoring your request, or had any intention to do so. Everyone here is very busy and has plenty to do. In addition, I believe there was just recently a code freeze for the marketplaces, meaning any updates to the code base will take a bit of waiting.

If you had a ticket that was never responded to, let me know the ticket ID and I can look into it more. Thanks for your patience
