I can’t find jacksh*t for Wordpress themes anywhere! I see plugins that let me change stuff around but I don’t want to use plugins as these are client sites.

It is really just the CSS file and icons (even though you could have custom functions) that I would need to put into the admin folder… I don’t want a plugin is what I am saying :)

I love ThemeForest because it is full of very talented people…. I just need those people to whip out some admin area themes!

Do you mean a WP theme that handles some admin styling/functionality ?

If so, your use case is definitely plugin territory. WP themes are no place for admin stuff code.
What happens when your client decides to change the theme? And why would you bloat theme files with code meant for admin only?
