Hello Everyone! I want to start selling wordpress themes. I know how to design and code HTML + CSS but in PHP I am not really the best. So I need your help.

What are the requirements for wordpress theme? I built one theme before in wordpress.

Requirements : - Responsive Site ( can you make site with skeleton framework?) - Well designed - Sidebar ready - Shortcodes aren’t important but recommended to have. - Menu Ready - Logo Changer Ready - Background Changer

For custom theme options can you use for example plugin like options framework or do you need to make your own?

If I make for first time wordpress blog site. How many pages blog site needs to have? : - Blog Page - Contact Page

Thanks everyone for helping me.

take a look at the current files to give you an idea of what they offer in terms of design quality, pages, elements etc then check this thread http://themeforest.net/forums/thread/update-wordpress-theme-submission-requirements/103347 as it covers the submission requirements with it.
