Hello ladies and gentlemen,
I am currently looking for someone to convert either one or both of my current HTML templates in to fully working WordPress templates that can be sold on ThemeForest. I have had three people agree to take on this task and then disappear without any word from them.
I will offer whoever does code them the following:
If the person is willing to write the documentation and offer support , 70% of all sales If the person doesn’t want to write documentation and offer support, 60% of all sales.
I think this is a fair percentage for what I’m asking and I’m sure someone could easily convert both themes.
I will just say though, if you have no intention of finishing the task, please don’t start it!
If you’re interested, either reply here or email me through my den
Thanks!
I would like to take on this project, but I can’t start until the end of August (I have a big project wrapping up then). If you haven’t found someone by then, let me know.

Excellent. Well I’ll let you know if I don’t find anyone towards the end of August
Hey Evaske plz chk ur email
I don’t think your minimalist template would get accepted as WordPress, better think about the conversion again before you start. All the best!

I disagree. A theme is more likely to be accepted as WordPress than html because you can sell a WP theme on features (shortcodes, custom post types, content composer, etc). Evaske’s designs combined with the right WP framework could be top sellers. Just look at the top selling WP themes and picture them as html only.

I will just point out. The minimalist theme was accepted in to the HTML category first time without any revisions needed. I think Filler has a good point. From what I can gather WP themes are generally marked on their coding and features (eg shortcodes as well as their framework etc). I think if they were given a decent framework and options panel they could be accepted in to the marketplace.
