Guys does the wordpress custom admin panel of a theme has to work properly in IE in general or can I block it and direct the to other browser?

To answer your question, I guess it’s obvious that it should work in any IE starting from 7. Would you buy a WordPress theme with an admin panel that can’t work properly in, say, IE8 ?

, i meant like display a message saying please view it using firefox or chrome or whatever
