It is aggressive (and quite insulting), whether you meant it to be or not. Your making a shout out to those interested in working for free? Who would be interested in doing that? 
Why not do some research and learn how to integrate your design into wordpress yourself, or just simply PAY someone to do it. I’m sure if your design is good enough, you’ll make all that money back quite quickly on ThemeForest.
