I forgot to mention that i prefer someone who has already a couple of items approved for sale here on TF. As for the rates if you continue from here (meaning from PSD to Wordpress) i guess 60/40 will be fine. If you want me to convert the PSD ’s into HTML /CSS/JS we will go 50/50.
