Wordpress Framework?

i have contacted about ten companys that offer “framework” for developer’s

nobody give rigth’s to sell theme’s on sites like a themeforest.

Question are whay them call developer, thats a funny!

and do anybody know quality software or “framework” for wordpress than can export theme and use on Forest?

There aren’t 10 companies that offer true development frameworks. There’s a bunch of companies with themes that they call frameworks though.
