I’d like to see a premium WP plugin on CodeCanyon that will allow you to group multiple blog postings in a series together. So for example, on Nettuts+, we have the “Ruby for Newbies” series—but currently, there’s no easy way to link each entry (at least, not without manually updating the links on every page, each time a new episode comes out).
I need a plugin that will allow for a custom taxonomy that groups episodes in a series together.
There are a couple free sources around the web, like this one: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/organize-series/
But a Premium, custom version would be excellent. And if somebody takes me up on this, and does a great job, we’ll use it on Nettuts+, and feature you in the process!
Had the same idea I’m now working on it, hopefully i will finish as soon as possible
krike saidThat means I gotta to write a premium tutorial?
dilab saidYou could but like jeffrey said a premium, custom version would be excellent, so other people could benefit from it as well.
Do we email this plugin to you?
No not a premium tutorial, a premium item here on codecanyon. Actually it is all up to you how you provide it jeffrey just want’s a plugin to group blog posts.
Yeah – premium WordPress plugin for CodeCanyon.
You’re more than welcome to also write a tutorial on the process for Nettuts+ (pays $200), but that’s a side note.
I’ve just made such a plugin. Go check it out: http://codecanyon.net/item/my-related-posts/154378
