If my Wordpress core files are installed in subdirectories i.e.
http://mydomain.com/level1/level2/level3/*wp files here*and my domain on the wordpress install points to the root i.e.
http://mydomain.com/will this affect my SEO in anyway?
Any help will be much appreciated
