Wordpress templates > Woocommerce ready ( auto. created pages )

I’m wondering: is there a way to get your theme templates ready for the auto created pages by Woocommerce?

I know you can use shortcodes to set up the woocommerce pages manually. But sometimes when i try to let Woocommerce create the pages automatically after plugin activation, some pages are good but other pages are messed up and missing some code that messes up the layout.

Is there a way to prepare standard templates so the auto. generated pages by woocommerce still fit nicely into the site without breaking layouts?

You just need to make sure the right container divs etc. are in the header and footer, so that any content inside the two are in the right place
