Wordpress Theme for Training Company

I am looking for wordpress themes and plugins to setup a website for a training company. How would I go about with course booking, payments & invoicing. Something similar to getadministrate.com

The majority of a site like you posted could be created using a theme from here but Ben is right you will need a relatively strong knowledge of what you are doing, using at least some custom integration and set up to achieve the booking, courses and invoicing stuff. Good luck
