When i try to upload a WordPress theme that says

WordPress Theme is required

WordPress Theme Your ZIP must contain a single folder at the top level, which will correspond directly with your users’ /YOUR_THEME_NAME/ folder. Top level directories found: content, languages, library, images

But i still upload and select the theme. Someone please help me…..

There’s a problem with the theme or you are uploading it to the wrong folder. Here’s some help https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes#Adding_New_Themes_Manually_.28FTP.29
