Wordpress Theme (PSD to WP)

Hi everyone,

I have a side project I’m working on, and need someone to take a design I have done, and convert it to a workable and fully functioning WP theme. I’m really looking for someone who can take care of this, plus has an excellent sense of design as well. The layout of the design I’ve tried to keep it somewhat similar to an actual WP theme.

Note, I have fixed the menu to be straight across, so there are no conflicts with that.

Some of the features I want to be included and completed are;

• Where it says Battlefield 3 Tournament, that is more of a Slider feature.
• Sponsor logos under the menu, I want to have setup to scroll through the logos slowly horizontally and just fade off on the sides.

Other than those, the design is self explanatory as to what is needed.

I do need other work done on this project afterwards, so someone who would not mind further side work related to this specific project is welcomed.
