Wordpress theme rejected, need feedback

Hi, There,

I need feedback for my rejected Wordpress theme. Here the message from the reviewer:

“The issue here isn’t with the features of the template—the issue is with the design of the template itself. Right now, I’m sorry to saw the design isn’t upto the quality we’re looking for.

While I like the general concept and direction this theme has taken, the template’s design will need to be polished up significantly to be considered for approval.

Right now, your use of white space, the layout of elements and general styling will need significant improvements…..”

I am seeking constructive critique to improve it. Here my theme’s capture:

Honestly, with no disrespect towards you in any way, create something new. I can pull up over 200 themes that look exactly like yours on the TF marketplace. Most of which have authors that are “one and done” in the approval process.

The way I look at it is, if it takes you one day to imagine a concept, then put it to paper with perfect typography and color combinations, then you need to work for Google.

My design is dinamycally layout. Its mean, user can make layout as they want. This capture only one from unlimited layout possibility. Reviewer like that concept as the unique point.

The problem is about white space. Not the layout or design (user can make their own layout.)

Not to derail what bettlesales is saying… I would say your theme functions well from the backend. At least that is what I think the reviewer is saying. So it’s just your design which is poor.

Either get in contact with a ‘designer’ or look at the psd template for ‘Inspiration.’
