Hello, can you recommend any source of information for studying WP theme development? (Video tutorials, E-books, web tutorials) It should be actual and for (HTML, PHP, CSS, JS) experienced programmers.

this is the best source for WP answers so far:

I don’t think that there is something like best WP tutorial site out there, you just need to do some googling, try various tutorials, try to code simple themes and you will get there soon on later.
